Help while using the leaderboard

Leaderboard questions are time-sensitive, so we keep the help path close to the board. Send the room name, round time and your account ID when asking us to check a score. That helps us trace the exact ranking event.

Team online

Score check

If your score looks delayed, share the leaderboard name and eligible round time with support. We compare it with the provider result feed and explain whether the board is still recalculating.

Rule query

If a board rule is unclear, ask before entering the ranked room. We can confirm score triggers, closing time, tie handling and whether a specific table or title is included.

Reward status

When a leaderboard ends, reward status may move through checking before it appears on your account. Contact us with the board name if the stated update window has passed.
